| What a gorgeous cello! Nice "practice" cello---but it immediately needed new strings, and the pegs won't hold. We're still working on it and after new strings plus some peg dope (thank you Sharmusic.com), the pegs still won't hold the tuned strings. Once we get that settled, tho, it ought to play very nicely. |

| Overall, I am pleased with my new cello, because it came with strings, end pin protector, cello rosin, cello cover, and French bow. I was surprised I did not find any packaged extra strings. I was also surprised to see that some hair came out from the bow very easily, which almost led me to believe that this bow needed re-hairing. It seems that this instrument can produce a good resonating forward sound, which at times have to control by backing the note dynamics off. I was not able to find a logo indicating where this cello was originally made at. The bridge was slightly too high. Because my original plan was to use the instrument in my church only and not professionally, this full-size instrument works very well with me. Thank you! |
